FDD Decisions
According to the General Assembly in 2019, the GCO consulted all unpublished case law on the violation of the duty to report according to Art. 37 MLA. The result of this consultation was shared by presentation at the Annual Conference in 2020 on this topic.
In order to be able to follow up on future decisions, it was decided with DFF to send each other twice a year the subsequent decisions in this matter.
